Known catalysts
- Arizona’s 5-1 win over San Diego may have contributed to weaker confidence in a tied-after-5 outcome, but this is not confirmed as the direct cause.
Unresolved questions
- What specific game-state or live update drove the 36-point odds drop?
- Did the market react to inning-by-inning scoring, a pitching change, or the recap context?
- Was the plunge caused by new information or by trader repositioning?
