Acceptable Use Policy

PolySays is intended to be used for viewing, reading, and sharing prediction-market intelligence for personal, informational, and educational purposes. You may access the Service, subscribe to newsletters, create watchlists, and share links to PolySays pages in accordance with our Terms of Service.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Scraping and Data Harvesting: Using automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers, spiders, or similar tools) to access, collect, harvest, or extract data from the Service without our prior written consent, except as permitted by robots.txt or by applicable law.

Redistribution and Republishing: Systematically copying, reproducing, redistributing, republishing, or repackaging PolySays content (including AI-generated content) for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Impersonation and Misrepresentation: Impersonating Pixel Reef, LLC, PolySays, or any employee, representative, or affiliate thereof. Misrepresenting any affiliation between yourself and PolySays. Using PolySays content to imply endorsement by PolySays or Polymarket.

Market Manipulation: Using PolySays content, data, or analysis to manipulate prediction markets, deceive market participants, or engage in wash trading, spoofing, or other market manipulation tactics.

Financial Advice Misrepresentation: Repackaging, framing, or presenting PolySays content as financial advice, investment advice, betting tips, or trading signals. PolySays content is informational only and must not be represented otherwise.

Interference with Service: Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the Service, including introducing malware, viruses, denial-of-service attacks, or any code designed to harm or impair the Service or its infrastructure.

Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Service.

Illegal Activity: Using the Service for any purpose that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to investigate and take any action we deem appropriate in response to violations of this AUP, including but not limited to: issuing warnings; suspending or terminating access to the Service; removing content; reporting violations to law enforcement authorities; and pursuing legal remedies.

We may update this AUP from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
